NBC's Today Show named Dr. Ena, a family practice physician from suburban Chicago, as one of its Style Heroes in 2018. Dr. Ena was honored in an elite group of 40 global actors, artists, activists and athletes for her contributions to the beauty industry.
One of the more-often questions that dr. Ena is asked in summer is how to get an all-day style. Keep it simple. Stick with the proven 1-2-3-for-ME process (cleanse + condition + style) that keeps beautiful hair simple, and choose natural-ingredient products.

But it quickly enters and exits the hair shaft and needs to be sealed in with humectants to hold it there moisturize your hair.
